STEPANAKERT, April 22. /ARKA/. President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan received philanthropist Mikhail Harutiunyan Saturday, the presidential press office reported.

Issues related to implementation of various projects in Artsakh (Armenian name for Karabakh) were discussed at the meeting, according to the report.
