YEREVAN, September 8. /ARКА/. Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev intends to host the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan, in Astana.
"At the end of the year, I will travel to Russia and Uzbekistan. We are preparing to host the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Turkmenistan in Astana. Meetings and discussions with the heads of several Asian and European nations are scheduled," Tokayev stated in his message to the public, the text of which is available on the presidential website.
Tokayev further emphasized that "for the sake of enduring peace and collective advancement, it is essential to pursue compromises; 'a bad peace is preferable to a good quarrel.'
