Lithuanian president Dalya Gribauskayte recalled Lithuanian ambassadors to Azerbaijan and Hungary, as required by the country’s constitution and recommended by the government, the official website of Lithuanian president reported.

In July phone records with presumably voices of Lithuanian diplomats, deputy director of “Eastern partnership” policy of the country’s foreign ministry Zenonas Kumyataytis, ambassadors of Lithuania to Azerbaijan and Hungary Arturas Zhurauskas and Renatas Yushka, were posted on YouTube.
The mentioned diplomats were discussing Karabakh conflict on the phone. In particular, Yushka said it would be correct to say Artsakh (Armenian name of Karabakh) instead of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The ambassadors will be recalled on September 30, says the report, as quoted by Novosti-Armenia. –0--
