YEREVAN, January 19. /ARKA/. Hraparak says a new Armenian energy infrastructures and natural resources minister will be named in one week, after the prime minister come back from Davos.
According to this media resource, rumors are going around that Hayk Harutyunyan, deputy minister, is likely to get the ministerial seat. Harutyunyan, however, denies the rumor.
Hraparak mentions Eduard Nersisyan, who has been the prime minister’s advisor over a period between 2001 and 2011, and now is the executive director of Digital Armenia Foundation, as most likely candidate to the post.
It became known yesterday that Ashot Manukyan, the minister of energy infrastructures and natural resources, has submitted his resignation. -0---
