YEREVAN, October 26. /ARKA/. Medical insurance is introduced in the Army of Defense of Karabakh, Defense Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic lieutenant general Movses Hakobyan told journalists yesterday.

“The new system gives army servicemen an opportunity to have complicated surgeries, including heart surgeries, for free,” the Minister said at a press conference in one of the military units.

Yet, it is something new in the army and the army leaders are trying to eliminate possible shortcomings, he said. —0--
