YEREVAN, December 4. /ARKA/. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will pay a working visit to Malta from December 4 to 5 to attend the 31st meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council, according to the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

Bilateral meetings are also scheduled.
