YEREVAN, November 3. /ARKA/. There may be good news in the near future, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said on Friday, adding he meant the opening of the land border between Armenia and Turkey.

"For now, for holders of diplomatic passports and citizens of third countries," Mirzoyan said at parliamentary hearings on the draft state budget for 2024.

According to him, the process of normalization of relations with Turkey is very important. Mirzoyan also recalled his recent meeting with the Turkish Foreign Minister in Tehran.

"The special representatives appointed by the heads of both countries to negotiate the normalization of relations are also working," the minister noted.

He said Armenia is interested in having permanent and stable relations with all four neighbors. -0-
