Stepan Stepanyan, a new MP from Bright Armenia faction was sworn in Friday at the National Assembly’s extraordinary session.

YEREVAN, September 4. /ARKA/. Stepan Stepanyan, a new MP from Bright Armenia faction was sworn in Friday at the National Assembly’s extraordinary session.
Maneh Tandilyan, a member of parliament from Bright Armenia party, submitted her resignation on August 14 because of health problems.
“The Central Electoral Commission presented to the National Assembly the protocol on the next candidate to replace the outgoing MP Tandilyan, in accordance with which the mandate was transferred to the next candidate who received the largest number of votes from the electoral list of the Bright Armenia party, Stepan Stepanyan,” Parliament Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan said.
Stepanyan was born on May 30, 1988. In 2010 he graduated from the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University with a diploma in international political science. Has 12 scientific publications in local and international scientific magazines.
Since 2011, he has been teaching at the Center for Legal Education and Implementation of Rehabilitation Programs. In 2014 to 2016 taught at the French College of Armenia. In 2011-2018. held various positions in Rosgosstrakh-Armenia CJSC. Married. Father of two. -0-
