Not a single political party in Armenia is able to consolidate opposition-minded voters, Alexander Markarov, director of Armenian branch of the Institute of CIS Countries, said Thursday at a news conference.

YEREVAN, December 19. /ARKA/. Not a single political party in Armenia is able to consolidate opposition-minded voters, Alexander Markarov, director of Armenian branch of the Institute of CIS Countries, said Thursday at a news conference.
He said political struggle in the country is not massive and reflects no real sentiments of people.
«In strategic terms, there is no struggle among parties of various political orientations – everything is focused on particular problems,» Markarov said.
That is why not a single opposition party managed to take advantages of civil society's activism and to gain political dividends from it. --0---
