One of the six people taken in hospital after they were wounded Sunday in an attack on the Armenian police department’s regiment has already left hospital.

YEREVAN, July 18. /ARKA/. One of the six people taken in hospital after they were wounded Sunday in an attack on the Armenian police department’s regiment has already left hospital.
An armed group stormed a police station in Armenia's capital Yerevan Sunday morning and took multiple officers hostage, demanding the release of Zhirayr Sefilian, the jailed opposition leader of Founding Parliament movement.
According to police, Colonel Arthur Vanoyan was killed as the armed men stormed the police station and four others injured. Two top police officials, deputy police chief Vardan Egiazaryan and Yerevan deputy police chief Valeri Osipyan were among those being held hostage.
Five other remain in hospital.
Two with gunshot wounds underwent surgery in hospitals. Doctors say positive dynamics is seen in their condition after the surgeries.
Another person was taken to a hospital with cardiac distress, and now he is in a satisfactory state. --0----
