YEREVAN, May 4. /ARKA/. Armenian opposition activists have blocked the Kievyan Bridge in Yerevan, which connects the city center with the southern and south-western districts.
Concrete mixers and trucks are lined up on the roadway. Citizens have to cross the area on foot on the sidewalk. Opposition supporters are chanting through loudspeakers "Armenia without Nikol Pashinyan", "Policeman is not Nikol." A large number of riot police officers and "red berets" are on the bridge.
The opposition accuses Prime Minister Pashinyan of plans to give away all of Nagorno-Karabakh to Azerbaijan after he told lawmakers last month that the "international community calls on Armenia to scale down demands on Karabakh’. --0--
