OSCE failed in Nagorno-Karabakh too - Russian FM

YEREVAN, August 1. /ARKA/. The OSCE failed in Nagorno-Karabakh too, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov thinks.
"The Minsk Group "failed to establish a dialogue" between the parties to the conflict, and after the Western participants withdrew from interaction with Russia, "it lost all meaning," Sergey Lavrov wrote in his article "Half a Century of the Helsinki Act: Expectations, Reality, Prospects," published in “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
The work of the OSCE Minsk Group, co-chaired by the United States, Russia, and France, has been effectively suspended since 2022. Yerevan has repeatedly stated at various levels that a peace treaty and the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict are being discussed with Azerbaijan.
