Pashinyan and Kobakhidze discussed problems in the region, trade and economic cooperation

YEREVAN, March 20. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a meeting today with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze in Yerevan.
The Georgian government said in a Facebook post that the sides discussed fruitful cooperation and long-standing good-neighborly relations between Georgia and Armenia.
Attention was paid to the main issues of the strategic partnership agenda, including cooperation in trade-economic, transportation and cultural areas.
The sides also touched upon the problems in the region and on the special importance of peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
Kobakhidze noted that Georgia welcomes the completion of the negotiations on the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which is 'a historic step towards lasting peace and stability in the region./
