At a meeting in Paris on Thursday, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron emphasized the strategic importance of bilateral cooperation and expressed their readiness to continue consistent steps in this direction.

YEREVAN, October 30. /ARКА/. At a meeting in Paris on Thursday, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron emphasized the strategic importance of bilateral cooperation and expressed their readiness to continue consistent steps in this direction.

According to the Armenian government press service, the two men discussed, in particular, cooperation in the economy, infrastructure, and other areas. Issues of regional significance were also discussed.

Macron emphasized France's unconditional support for Armenia's territorial sovereignty and the strengthening of peace.

They exchanged also views on the TRIPP project and steps to unblock communications in the region. The Armenian Prime Minister presented ongoing work in this context.

Pashinyan and Macron also discussed the development of Armenia-EU cooperation. They emphasized the importance of consistently expanding relations in line with the new Armenia-EU partnership agenda.-0-
