Lilit Makunts, Armenia's former ambassador to the United States, has been appointed as chief adviser to the Prime Minister.

YEREVAN, August 29. /ARКА/. Lilit Makunts, Armenia's former ambassador to the United States, has been appointed as chief adviser to the Prime Minister. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made the official decision on Friday.
On August 8 of this year, Makunts was recalled from her position, which she had held since August 2, 2021. She has been succeeded in this role by Narek Mkrtchyan, former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.-0-
