Pashinyan: Armenia does not set itself the task of breaking off relations with Russia

YEREVAN, June 13. /ARKA/. Armenia does not set itself the task of breaking off relations with Russia, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the GLOBSEC-2025 forum in the Czech Republic. "Our parliament recently adopted a law on the start of the process of membership in the European Union. We currently have very close cooperation with the EU. But on the other hand, we have no goal of breaking off relations with Russia, since our foreign policy is balanced and continues to be balanced. This is our strategy," the Armenian Prime Minister said.
As Nikol Pashinyan stated at the same time, Armenia understands that it cannot be a member of both the EAEU and the EU at the same time, "and at some point in the future we will have to make a decision."
