Pashinyan is scheduled to meet with Erdogan in Ankara

YEREVAN, June 17. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is scheduled to meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara on June 20, as confirmed today by the Chairman of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan.
Simonyan confirmed that Erdogan has invited the prime minister to visit Turkey.
He added that the prime minister's press service would provide information about all other issues, particularly those related to the upcoming negotiations.
Simonyan has described the visit as "historic," given that it marks the first visit to Turkey by the head of the Armenian government.
Simonyan stated that he is unable to comment on the status of the visit, whether it is official or not. He noted that the discussions will encompass a range of potential issues and that it is premature to provide any definitive statements. -0-
