YEREVAN, 8 November. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and French President Emmanuel Macron discussed Thursday Armenia-EU cooperation issues, as well as the dialogue around visa liberalization.

The meeting was held on the margins of the European Political Community summit in Budapest, the Armenian government's press service reported.

The two men were said to discuss Armenia-France cooperation issues. Pashinyan and Macron stressed the periodic nature of the high-level meetings, which give an opportunity to discuss both issues of bilateral agenda and other issues of mutual interest.

They also touched upon the issues related to the joint programs in the fields of economy, infrastructure and other sectors.

Pashinyan and Macron also exchanged views on the process of normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations. Pashinyan emphasized Armenia's commitment to the peace agenda and the steps that will ensure regional security and stability. -0-
