YEREVAN, November 15. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has replaced Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan with Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan.

The unexpected decision was approved by President Armen Sarkissian. Arshak Karapetyan had been appointed as defense minister on August 2, 2021.-0-
