Peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and this must be realized - Pashinyan

YEREVAN, August 18. /ARКА/. Peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan after the meeting in Washington, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in his address to the nation on Monday.
According to him, "after August 8, we live in a completely different South Caucasus, a completely different Republic of Armenia.'
"This fact must be realized. This is not easy, because this is an unfamiliar situation and reality for us. We, the citizens of the Third Republic, do not know what peace is, we do not know what it means to live and work in peace. This is an unfamiliar feeling for us, because after gaining independence, we lived in conditions of conflict, neither peace nor war," he said.
The Prime Minister said that it is necessary to learn from scratch in practice what it means to live in peace, what peace means, what it is and what it looks like.
"It will look the way we give it. “Of course, with Azerbaijan, and not alone,” Pashinyan noted, saying that the peace will require daily care and attention, just as a newborn child requires.
The seven-point declaration, which was signed after the trilateral meeting involving Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, U.S. President Donald Trump, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on August 8 in Washington, encompasses the initialing of the 'Agreement on Peace and Interstate Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan', a joint request to the OSCE for the dissolution of the Minsk Group mechanisms, and the unblocking of regional communications based on the principles of territorial integrity, sovereignty, and jurisdiction of the nations, as well as reciprocity.-0-
