YEREVAN, November 14. /ARKA/. On November 13 Armenian President Armen Sarkissian signed decrees replacing Armenian ambassador to Lebanon Samvel Mkrtchyan with Vahagn Atabekyan.

On the same day, Sarkissian relieved Edgar Ghazaryan from the post of ambassador to Poland (residence in Warsaw) giving the job to Samvel Mkrtchyan. --0--
