YEREVAN, October 2. /ARКА/. During a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, European Council President António Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen articulated their support for Armenia's agenda of democratic and economic reforms.

According to the press service of the government, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the 7th European Political Community Summit in Copenhagen, where they also reiterated the EU's steadfast support for Armenia's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Pashinyan expressed his appreciation for this support and highlighted the significance of enhancing the partnership with the EU.

The participants engaged in discussions regarding the Armenia-EU partnership agenda, the ongoing democratic reform process within the country, and the potential for advancing economic cooperation.

Additionally, the parties addressed regional developments, the outcomes of the Washington Peace Summit, and the execution of the TRIPP project. In this context, they underscored the importance of the Crossroads of Peace initiative as a fundamental element of regional cooperation and sustainable development.-0-
