Prime Minister Sarkisian appoints aide as deputy justice minister

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisian has relieved his aide, Yeghishe Kirakosian of his post appointing him a deputy justice minister, the government press office reported.

YEREVAN, January 17, /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sarkisian has relieved his aide, Yeghishe Kirakosian of his post appointing him a deputy justice minister, the government press office reported.
It said Yeghishe Kirakosian has replaced Emil Babayan who was elected last week chairman of state Commission on the Ethics of High-Ranking Officials that has been set up in accordance with a government-drafted law passed by parliament last year. The new anti-corruption body is tasked with scrutinizing incomes reported by Armenia’s top state officials. -0-
