Prime Minister says Armenian President set for re-election in 2013 polls
YEREVAN, November 14. / ARKA /. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said today the incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan will be reelected in 2013 February presidential election.

"The popularity rating of President Serzh Sargsyan is very high, and in all likelihood he will be reelected as head of state," the prime minister said at press briefing in the parliament. He said this opinion is shared also by experts.

The prime minister said also he does not think that ex-presidents Levon Ter-Petrosyan or Robert Kocharyan may contest the polls. He declined to comment on a statement by Kocharyan that Armenia should abandon majoritarian electoral system, saying such issues "are not resolved with a few months before the election." -0-
