Russia's failure to comply with arms supply agreement is one of the main problems in bilateral relations – Armenian Security Council Secretary

YEREVAN, July 12. /ARKA/. Moscow's failure to provide arms and ammunition to Yerevan in accordance with the previously signed agreement is one of the main issues on the agenda of Armenian-Russian relations, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said.
"Nevertheless, this issue was not discussed during the recent meeting between the secretaries of the Armenian and Russian Security Councils in Minsk," Grigoryan said in an interview with the Armenian Service of the Voice of America.
Grigoryan said he is convinced that all issues should be openly and calmly discussed with partners. This, in his opinion, will make it possible to find the most acceptable solutions, as all these problems are of strategic importance for Armenia. -0-
