YEREVAN, September 13. /ARKA/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in Armenia for an official visit, Russian daily Izvestiya reported Thursday referring to Russian President’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

In his words, the date of the visit is not set so far.

On September 8, talks between Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan were held in Moscow.

Upon completion of the meeting, Pashinyan said that he invited the Russian leader to Yerevan.
That will be the fifth meeting between the two countries’ leaders since the election of Nikol Pashinyan as prime minister on May 8, 2018.

The Russian President assistant Yuri Ushakov told Izvestiya earlier that Vladimir Putin is planning to visit Azerbaijan in late September. -0---
