YEREVAN, April 23. /ARKA/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will visit Yerevan next week, Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin told reporters on Tuesday.

He said Medvedev is arriving in Armenia to take part in a meeting of the Intergovernmental Council of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).

Asked about a possible meeting of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan with Russia’s Vladimir Putin, the ambassador noted that the meetings of the two leaders are quite regular both in bilateral format and within the framework of common integration associations.

On April 29, the Intergovernmental Council of the Eurasian Economic Union will be held in Yerevan, to be attended by prime ministers of all EEU member countries. Pashinyan and Medvedev had their latest meeting on January 25 in Moscow. --0--
