Three Tsarukyan bloc members get seats in Armenian parliament

Three members of Tsarukyan bloc received seats in the National Assembly of Armenia, Ara Babloyan, speaker of the parliament, said Wednesday at an extraordinary session.

YEREVAN, May 31. /ARKA/. Three members of Tsarukyan bloc received seats in the National Assembly of Armenia, Ara Babloyan, speaker of the parliament, said Wednesday at an extraordinary session.
One day earlier, Babloyan reported about termination of other three members of the bloc – Harutyun Karagyozyan, Artem Tsarukyan and Khachik Manukyan. Instead, Gevorg Petrosyan, Hakob Nazaryan and Nora Sedrakyan from Tsarukyan bloc’s territorial lists became, who scored the largest number of votes became MPs.
As a result of the April 2 poll, four political forces got seats in the National Assembly. The ruling Republican party of Armenia has now 58 representatives in the parliament, Armenian Revolutionary Federation/Dashnaktsutiun seven and Tsarukyan bloc 31.
