YEREVAN, April 6. /ARKA/. Two Armenian servicemen were killed In Karvachar district, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a spokesman for the Armenian defense ministry, wrote in Facebook, saying also that details will be reported later.
The situation on the line of contact between Karabakh Armenian troops and Azerbaijani forces aggravated on April 2 after the Azerbaijani military units used tanks, missile systems and other military hardware to attack the positions of the defense army of the Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijan and Armenia have agreed to cease operations on the line of contact starting from 12.00, April 5.
According to the official data of the Karabakh defense ministry, Armenian forces destroyed 2 helicopters, 24 tanks, 3 infantry fighting vehicles, one Grad multiple rocket system and 6 drones having killed also 300 soldiers of the enemy.
According to Nagorno-Karabakh defense ministry, 29 Armenian servicemen had been killed in action and 28 others gone missing since the start of the hostilities on April 2. As many as 101 Armenian servicemen were wounded in the clashes. The Armenian side lost also 14 tanks. -0-
