YEREVAN, October 22. /ARKA/. Armenia's Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan has appointed today Vrezh Gabrielyan as interim head of the Rescue Service of the ministry.

The decision was announced during a meeting with top officials of the ministry. Before the new appointment Gabrielyan served as deputy chief of the Rescue Service. Gabrielyan has replaced Artak Nahapetyan who was dismissed earlier on Tuesday by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

During the meeting, organizational issues related to the work of the Ministry of Emergencies were also discussed. -0-
