YEREVAN, January 7. /ARКА/. In the coming months, all regional offices of the Cadastre Committee will be closed, and only the central office will remain operational. This was announced by Suren Tovmasyan, the head of the Cadastre Committee of Armenia.

He noted that there were only three regional offices, located in the Lori, Shirak, and Syunik regions. The Lori office has already been closed. According to Tovmasyan, all activities will be conducted through the single, central office.

Regarding how citizens will be able to apply to the Cadastre Committee, Tovmasyan emphasized that the Committee is continuously developing its relationships with communities. Last year, agreements were signed with several large communities, allowing them to accept applications from citizens and forward them to the Committee. This is for cases when a citizen wishes to submit an application with the assistance of a specialist.

For other cases, Tovmasyan explained, the electronic platform e-cadastre will remain in operation, providing citizens with the same services as the regional offices.

Additionally, the Cadastre Committee has launched a mobile application, available on both Android and iOS, which also provides access to the department's services.
