YEREVAN, August 28. /ARKA/. A 23-year-old passenger of a car that got in a road accident in the Lori region earlier this month, died, the Armenian police said today.

The accident occurred on August 19, at about 14:40, on the Alaverdi-Stepanavan road when two cars collided. As a result of the accident, two people died on the spot, and seven with injuries were taken to the medical center in Stepanavan.

The police said today the girl that had been transported to Surb Grikor Lusavorich in Yerevan died in the department of intensive care. Police said an investigation is under way. -0-
