SCR started the second semester of leadership school

Second semester of “Leadership school” organized by Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University for the managers of South-Caucasian Railways cjsc (SCR) started yesterday.
YEREVAN, March 15. /ARKA/. Second semester of “Leadership school” organized by Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University for the managers of South-Caucasian Railways cjsc (SCR) started yesterday.
In the second semester top-managers and young specialists of the company will participate in the trainings of project management, client management, management of human resources, strategic management, taxes and taxation, communication skills and conduction of negotiations.
Memorandum on establishment of the school of corporate management under the name “Leadership school” was signed on August 4, 2009 between SCR General Director Shevket Shaydullin and the Rector of Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University Armen Darbinyan.
The learning program was developed by the leading specialists of Armenia in the sphere of management from the university. Program developers and the tutors are experts in management sphere with long experience of practical, scientific and teaching activity.
The program includes such disciplines as management of economy, financial management, commerce, applied strategic management, risk management, business analysis, tax planning in corporations, staff management, investment planning and management accounts.
The program is focused on the management philosophy and certain key spheres of activity of large companies as financial and tax management.
Concession management of “Armenian railway” is implemented by CJSC “South Caucasian Railway” which is 100% affiliate of Open JSC “Russian Railway”. SCR accepted the railway stock of CJSC “Armenian railway” on its balance from June 1, 2008 according to Concession Agreement signed on February 13, 2008. The terms of concession management is for 30 years with the right of prolongation for another 10 years. —0-
