YEREVAN, July 18. /ARKA/. RA President Robert Kocharyan and RA Minister of Urban Development Vardan Vardanyan held a working meeting. The RA presidential press service reports that during the meeting Minister Vardanyan informed the President that 502 refugee families and residents of the disaster zone received housing.

The sides discussed issues of housing and school construction. The Minister presented the results of the programs launched implemented from 2006 to June 2007. He also reported that construction and capital repair of schools have mainly been completed, and the projects being implemented now will be completed on schedule.

President Kocharyan pointed out the importance of improving the quality of construction and instructed the Minister to be consistent in dealing with this issue. P.T. –0--
