$3 billion residential complex to be built in Yerevan
YEREVAN, May 30. /ARKA/. A housing project estimated to cost $3 billion whose construction was launched in a Yerevan neighborhood is to be completed in 2027.
The complex of 63 residential buildings is being built by Housing Invest cjsc. The details of the five-stage project were presented by the company’s Director General Karen Karapetyan to Deputy Prime Minister Hambardzum Matevosyan on Saturday.
The complex to be built in an area close to Tychina Street and the North-South Highway will have a forest park. The overall area is 129 hectares.
The residential complex will have also kindergartens, secondary schools, a big shopping mall and a sports and recreation complex, as well as an administrative and public center with business centers, hotels, and multifunctional institutions. It will also have a hospital. -0-
