At 11:00, April 12, Sunday, 46 new confirmed cases of infection with COVID 19 were reported in Armenia. The National Center for Disease Control and Prevention says in its daily report that the total number of the coronavirus-infected people has reached 1,013 in the country.

YEREVAN, April 12. /ARKA/. At 11:00, April 12, Sunday, 46 new confirmed cases of infection with COVID 19 were reported in Armenia. The National Center for Disease Control and Prevention says in its daily report that the total number of the coronavirus-infected people has reached 1,013 in the country.

According to the center’s report, there are 197 cured patients and 13 deaths. Some 803 people are now being treated in hospitals. In total, 7,164 tests for the coronavirus have been carried out.

A state of emergency in order to suppress the spread of coronavirus operates in Armenia from March 16 to April 14. Restrictions on free movement and certain types of economic activity in Armenia in a state of emergency (previously imposed for the period from March 24 to March 31) were extended until April 12 inclusive. -0--
