Privates, officers and warrant officers registered as first and second order reservists will be called up for training and drills, the Armenian government decided today. The assembly will be held from January 23 to April 12, 2024.

YEREVAN, December 21. /ARKA/. Privates, officers and warrant officers registered as first and second order reservists will be called up for training and drills, the Armenian government decided today. The assembly will be held from January 23 to April 12, 2024.

A total of 2,838 citizens will be drafted , including 161 officers, specialized in missile and artillery armaments. The training of reservists is to last no more than 25 calendar days.

According to an earlier related government decision, the reservists are considered military personnel for the entire period of their participation in training assemblies. They will enjoy all the social benefits provided for military personnel, their civilian jobs will be retained for them, and they will also be paid for each month of training. -0-
