A unified real estate register will be created in Armenia, Head of Cadastral Commission Suren Tovmasyan said today.

YEREVAN, January 9. /ARKA/. A unified real estate register will be created in Armenia, Head of Cadastral Committee Suren Tovmasyan said today.

"This will allow us to have a more realistic picture in the real estate market. Besides, real estate prices will also become more realistic," Tovmasyan told reporters.

According to him, the awareness of citizens who will be able to apply for better services and information on real estate prices will also increase.

Tovmasyan also said that the law "On Realtor Activity," which regulates purchase and sale transactions in the real estate market, will be enacted.

"A number of other legislative changes are planned, which are aimed, among other things, at introducing digital services," he said.-0-.
