Armenia’s resident population as of April 1, 2022, stood at 2, 961,600 people, the National Statistical Committee said.
YEREVAN, May 5. /ARKA/. Armenia’s resident population as of April 1, 2022, stood at 2, 961,600 people, the National Statistical Committee said.
It said the resident population, compared to the same period in 2021, decreased by 2,300 people. The number of the urban population stood at 1,891,400 people. The population of the capital Yerevan stood at 1,093,200 people.
In rural areas, the population stood at 1,070,200 people. -0-
