YEREVAN, June 26, /ARKA/. Hayk Alaverdyan, an Armenian army conscript serviceman has died, the press secretary of the Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan in a Facebook post today. According to him, the circumstances of his death are being investigated.

According to shamshyan.com, the incident occurred in the Armavir region. The serviceman was rushed to a hospital in Armavir Medical Center with a fatal gunshot wound.

The police and military investigators found out that the serviceman was a 19-year-old resident of Hrazdan, a conscript soldier Hayk Alaverdyan. He was wounded in the chin. He was taken to hospital from a firing ground. -0-
