Customs officers of Armenia's State Revenue Committee (SRC) at the Bagratashen border checkpoint thwarted recently smuggling of about 46 kg of medicines.
YEREVAN, February 25. /ARKA/. Customs officers of Armenia's State Revenue Committee (SRC) at the Bagratashen border checkpoint thwarted recently smuggling of about 46 kg of medicines.
According to a SRC press release, in one instance, 10 kg of various medicines hidden from customs control were discovered in a cache in the trunk of a citizen of Armenia.
When examining the car of another Armenian citizen, 36 kg of drugs were found behind the dashboard and inside a spare tire.
Both cases were handed over to the legal department of the State Revenue Committee. -0-
