Armenian government compensates university tuition fees of 44-day war participants

The Armenian government has adopted today a decision to compensate the participants of the 44-day war in Nagorno-Karabakh in 2020, as well as their spouses and children for their university tuition fees.

YEREVAN, May 4. /ARKA/. The Armenian government has adopted today a decision to compensate the participants of the 44-day war in Nagorno-Karabakh in 2020, as well as their spouses and children for their university tuition fees.
The tuition fees of 59 university students will be compensated for the next semester. The total amount of the compensation is about 16.3 million drams.
In total, 7,318 students received compensations in 2021 worth 1.6 billion drams. In 2022, some 1,613 students received compensations for their tuition fees worth about 382 million drams ($1 - 386.98 drams). -0-
