Armenian Health Minister Arsen Torosyan presented Monday night his regular Facebook live report to the nation. "We have 235 positive tests for coronavirus. Some of them are asymptomatic cases, patients have no complaints. I hope that tomorrow we will receive negative tests for coronavirus and we subtract 15 from this figure. We will have people let out of hospital and isolation places. At the moment, there are six citizens in the intensive care unit under the supervision of doctors, but without a threat to life," Torosyan said.

YEREVAN, March 24. /ARKA/.
According to him, in Armenia there are all drugs that are used in the world at least at the experimental level, including Plaquenil. As for the growth by 41 cases, it is an indicator for Sunday and Monday, which is lower than in previous days.
"We are trying to prevent the spread of the disease through isolation and self-isolation," said Torosyan.
He considers important the restriction of various activities, in particular the closure of cafes, restaurants and some industries, from tomorrow to break the chain of spread of the disease. The minister urged everyone to stay at home, as mass infections make it difficult to prevent the spread of the disease.
"It is also important to complete the re-equipment of several hospitals. It will take several days to have 500-600 new beds intended for treating patients with coronavirus. Follow the rules so that we can adequately meet the global challenge and get out of the situation with minimal losses for our country," Torosyan said addressing the nation.
The first case of coronavirus infection in Armenia was confirmed on March 1. That patient has already recovered. Among those infected are Armenian citizens from Iran and Italy (residents of Yerevan, Echmiadzin, Meghri and Charentsavan), people in contact with them, as well as one Italian citizen and a visitor from France.
