The Armenian State Revenue Committee (SRC) has imposed heavy fines on participants and organizers of a wedding celebration who were found guilty of not issuing cash vouchers (receipts).

YEREVAN, December 26. /ARKA/. The Armenian State Revenue Committee (SRC) has imposed heavy fines on participants and organizers of a wedding celebration who were found guilty of not issuing cash vouchers (receipts).

The total amount of penalties imposed due to violation of law on non-cash transactions amounted to over AMD 4.72mln (nearly $12 thousand).

According to SRC's press service, the organizers of the wedding celebration ordered a number of services having paid large sums of money in advance without demanding cash vouchers, which is a violation of the law, which limits the amount of cash transactions to no more than 300 thousand drams.

The fined companies are a car rental agency, a bakery, a travel agency and two wedding planners. ($1 – 393.81 drams).--0--
