Average prices for single family homes in Yerevan remained almost unchanged in May 2017, compared with the previous month, the State Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia reported on Wednesday.
YEREVAN, July 13. /ARKA/. Average prices for single family homes in Yerevan remained almost unchanged in May 2017, compared with the previous month, the State Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia reported on Wednesday.
As many as 381 transactions were concluded in Armenia in May 2017 to sell or purchase single-family homes, of which 121 in Yerevan.
According to the report, the highest prices in Yerevan were recorded in the city’s Center and Arabkir districts – AMD 476,000 and AMD 380,000 per one square meter, and the lowest price was recorded in Nubarashen – AMD 150,000.
In provinces, the highest average price was recorded in Tsakhkadzor (Kotayk province) – AMD 300,000 per one square meter, and the lowest prices in Dastakert (Syunik province) – AMD 11,810 and Tumanyan (Lori province) – AMD 12,000. ($1 – AMD 479.91). --0----
