Bacteriological non-conformities found in “Dustr Marianna” butter

YEREVAN, April 23. /ARКА/. Employees of the Yerevan branch of the Food Safety Inspectorate visited the dairy production facility owned by “Dustr Marianna” LLC and took samples of the products.
As reported by the regulator's press service, according to the results of the laboratory examination, the sample of "82.5% fat butter" does not comply with the standards of the technical regulations of the Customs Union in terms of MAFAB (mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria), "group of coli bacteria", as well as bacterial indicators of yeast and mold fungi.
Separate production functions of Dustr Marianna LLC - the production of the said product - have been suspended, a deadline has been set for eliminating the violations. -0-
