Boys wounded in bus explosion discharged from hospital

Roland Khojoyan and Edgar Gasparyan, two boys aged 14 and 15, who suffered particularly serious wounds in an explosion of a bus in Yerevan in late April and were subjected to urgent surgery in a Yerevan hospital have been discharged, the Armenian ministry of health reported today.
YEREVAN, May 20. /ARKA/. Roland Khojoyan and Edgar Gasparyan, two boys aged 14 and 15, who suffered particularly serious wounds in an explosion of a bus in Yerevan in late April and were subjected to urgent surgery in a Yerevan hospital have been discharged, the Armenian ministry of health reported today.
The explosion that occurred at nearly 10 p.m. local time on Halabyan Street in Yerevan, killed two and wounded seven other passengers, including a pregnant woman.
The boys underwent several plastic surgeries and all their body functions operate normally, the ministry said, adding that for some time they will be under the supervision of physicians. To date, all the passengers that were wounded in the explosion have been discharged from hospitals. -0-
