The Armenian National Assembly’s Bright Armenia faction has proposed amendments to the law on state pensions to provide the country’s those pensioners living abroad with access to their pensions, Zhamanak reported on Thursday.

In accordance with the proposed bill, pensioners have to visit the social service and the bank to prove that they are alive.
According to the media source, there are many absurd cases – the social service demands citizens to prove that they are alive.
The faction proposes to stop paying pensions only when citizens die. --0---
