Road markings and traffic lights are currently being improved nearby schools; policemen will be helping schoolchildren cross the street wherever there are no traffic lights.

Armenia’s police hope for support from parents, teachers and common citizens, according to the report. The event is held also to strengthen ties between the police and schoolchildren and their parents, as well as to raise adults’ legal consciousness.
