A section of the Tsitsernakaberd highway in Yerevan that had collapsed on May 20 making the highway inaccessible for traffic has been restored, the Yerevan Municipality said today.

YEREVAN, June 13. /ARKA/. A section of the Tsitsernakaberd highway in Yerevan that had collapsed on May 20 making the highway inaccessible for traffic has been restored, the Yerevan Municipality said today.

It said three lanes will be available for the traffic for some time: two full lanes from the Dalma Garden Mall towards Karen Demirchyan Complex and one lane from the Complex to the Dalma Garden Mall.

It also said that along with the construction work it is necessary to carry out reinforcement work to avoid similar incidents in the future.

"From now on, public transportation in the city will operate normally," the municipality said. -0-
